About us

What these terms cover

The website introduces a product under development and lets businesses enquire about early access. Its content is general information, not professional advice or a binding offer.

Sending an enquiry does not create a customer contract. Any pilot, subscription or paid service will require a separate written agreement between you and Thoughtcube Limited.

Our subscription terms cover business subscriptions to Becket, including trials, payments, renewal and cancellation. A separately signed pilot agreement continues to govern its pilot.

Features, availability and prices shown on the website may change before that agreement is made. We will confirm the applicable service and price in writing.

Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes. You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting service or connected systems;
• introduce malware, interfere with the website or place an unreasonable load on it;
• use the website or its content to break the law or infringe another person's rights;
• misrepresent your identity or send deliberately false or harmful enquiries.

Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Thoughtcube Limited or its licensors own the website and its content. You may view it and share a link for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, sell or commercially reuse substantial parts of the website without written permission.

Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care with the website, but an early-stage product changes. We do not promise that every page will always be available, error-free or current. Contact us before relying on website content for a business decision.

Links to other websites are provided for context. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Thoughtcube Limited is not responsible for loss caused by relying on general website content, temporary unavailability, or a third-party website. These terms do not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy

Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information from website visits and enquiries.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website or product changes. The date at the top shows which version applies when you use the website.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about these terms or the website.
